PMC has successfully conducted its 1st National Licensing Exam held on 29th August, 2021 and displayed Summary of NLE Result. The Executive member of National Medical Authority announced its successful conduction and announced NLE Result.
The Test is conducted at 5 different centres through the country. i-e Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta.
The NLE Exam was first computer based examination conducted by National Medical Authority of Pakistan Medical Commission. President PMC Dr Arshad Taqi congratulated the successful candidates.
NLE Result Summary
Total 1470 candidates appeared in Step 1 of NLE Exam 2021, out of which only 1160 students passed it. The numbers includes both foreign and national medical graduates.
Total 1593 candidates registered for NLE Exam, but 123 candidates couldn’t attended for some reasons, they can reschedule their exam in upcoming NLE Exam in December 2021.
Step 2 NLE – Clinical Exam (Foreign Graduates)
Those foreign candidates who cleared their step 1 NLE Exam are now eligible to appear in Step 2 of NLE Exam.
Step 2 (Clinical Exam) will be held in October 2021. Those candidates who successfully clear Step 2 Exam will be eligible for house job.
- If foreign graduates belongs to List A of Foreign Colleges, then they can get full license on completion of their house job.
- If foreign graduates belongs to List B or List C, they will get Provisional License.
Those National/Pakistani graduates who successfully cleared NLE Exam are eligible to get full license.
NLE Exam will held four time a year for ease of the the candidates, so they can schedule according to availability. Those students who are registered for NLE December 2021 will not be charged any fee.
Candidates who failed NLE Exam of August 2021, can retake their exam in NLE Exam December 2021 will minimal fee of 3,000 PKR.
