Further to PK National Transfer Policy on Vacant Seats 2022 notified dated 31’1 March 2022, and notification regarding Vacant Seats for Transfers or Shifting — Admissions 2022 dated 31st March 2022. The Transfer or shifting on vacant seats was open from 15th April till 30th April, 2022. All transfers on vacant seats submitted by respective colleges are being processed by the Authority as per the notified policy.

However, keeping in view the requests of. colleges from where the students have transferred out to another college, the Medical & Dental Council has approved a One-Time till 31st May, extend on in the Transfer or Shifting on vacant seats of MBBS BDS Admissions 2022 to allow such colleges to fill their vacant seats through transfers.
All colleges to comply with the transfer policy in true letter arid spirit. Failure to do so may lead to imposition of penalties and be dealt under Section 31 of PMC Act, 2020.
